The Weekend Away is joint with other Christian Unions in Manchester and is always one of the major highlights of the year! A weekend full of games, talks, food & fun, facilitates the perfect space to build friendships and grow closer in fellowship with Jesus.

Christmas Wrapping Social
Join us as we wrap up gifts over snacks and music for the attendants and volunteers of our Christmas Carol Service happening next month!
Saturday 22nd November, 4-6pm
Promise Auction
Instead of a usual CU Central, on Tues 25th we’ll be joining once more with the other Manchester CUs at Union Hall Evangelical Church to raise funds for our joint events account! This is where you can pledge a promise and someone else can pay a certain amount for that promise to be fulfilled. We’ve had a whole range of whacky promises made – so get thinking (and submit your promise via the link in the Slack before Saturday 22nd)!

Carol Service
We can’t wait to share the good news of Christmas to our friends on campus this Christmas – and the Carol Service is a brilliant opportunity to do so. Featuring a beautiful orchestra, touching solo performances, and a talk that gets to the heart of the Christmas message, the joint citywide Carol Service is the biggest event we run this semester.
