First Lunch Event & the Impactus Games!
It’s Teaching Week #3! This week we have two amazing opportunities to invite others into the glorious love of Jesus in the form of our first lunch event and first Impactus Games of the year! As usual we’ll have CU Central on Tuesday, Prayer & Praise on Friday, and Impact Groups throughout the week! C U THERE.
CU Central: Tuesday 14th October
Location: SU: Club Academy
Time: 7:00 – 09:00 pm
CU Centrals are a space to meet the CU community, hear talks from the Bible, and praise the Lord.
Impact Groups: ALL WEEK

Impact Groups are back in full swing! These are small discussion groups run by students of the Christian Union to facilitate conversation and community!

Note: Wednesday’s Impact Group is 14:00-15:00 this week due to our lunch event. They will be holding an informal style session after the Lunch Event focused on discussion any questions or topics that come up during the event.
Lunch Event: Church Hurt
When church becomes a place of hurt instead of healing
What does the Bible have to say about the pain caused by the church? And what does God have to say to those who have been hurt by the church in His name? Tobi Fagbemi from UCCF will be talking through this topic drawing from his own experience in the Club Academy, SU on Wednesday 15th. This is our first lunch event of the year, so would be great to see you and your friends there! Lunch snacks provided.
IMPACTUS GAMES OCT ’25
The Impactus Games will see the 4 Impact Groups face off against each other to compete for more points on the yearly leaderboard. Come along for an afternoon of fun featuring rounders, spikeball, potentially some other sporty things…and bring friends! This is a great easy-invite opportunity to bring others into the CU community.
Prayer & Praise Morning: Friday 17th October

Time: 8:00 – 9:00am
