As a CU we believe that we all, as believers, are called to tell people of the great news of Jesus Christ and so centrals are a place where Christians from different backgrounds and churches gather together to pray, worship and study God’s word with the aim of encouraging and equipping each other in evangelism. You don’t have to sign up to come so feel free to join us at any time 🙂

Impact Groups
All Week
What are they?
Impact Groups are small discussion groups run by students of the Christian Union to facilitate conversation and community! Every week we look at a small passage from the Bible and have a great time chatting about the topics it covers in an open, inclusive and friendly space – with a few snacks too.
Which one should I go to?
You are welcome to attend any Impact Group. We recommend:
Fallowfield / Victoria Park / City Halls Impact Groups for First Year students in these halls.
Humanities, Science & Engineering, BioMedHealth, Medicine Impact Groups for Second Year and above students in these faculties.

We meet together every Friday morning before we start the business of student life to ground ourselves in prayer for the week ahead, for our world, for each other and in praise to God for His continued faithfulness and love. Everyone is welcome and we’d love to pray with you and for you

As a CU we run several events throughout each month that are designed to encourage conversation and friendship, these are open to everyone and we’d love to see you there!
